Do you provide everything?
We will provide the staff, the candy floss machine(s) and a cart for the machine to go on (if required).
We provide all ingredients, sticks, bags and flavourings.
You (or the venue) will need to provide us with access to a 13A electrical socket.
We will come with a 5m extension lead to use if needed.
What time will you turn up?
We will liaise with you regarding arrival / departure times, ideally at least 20 mins before the event is due to start.
Can you decorate the cart to suit the occasion?
Our candy floss cart is 4′ wide gloss white with pink lettering on it. It suits all occasions as it is but if you wish us to match your party décor, perhaps with the addition of ribbons or lace, then please let us know.
Do you hire out the machines without the staff?
No, our insurance does not allow this, we will only provide our service with staff included.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have Public Liability & Product Liability insurance.
Is your equipment tested regularly?
Yes. All our electrical equipment is PAT tested in accordance with current HSE recommendations.
Are your staff suitablily qualified?
Yes. We insist on a minimum of City & Guilds Level 2 in Food & Hygiene..
Why are parties cheaper in Dover?
